Analysis & Needs Assessment

We spend as much time up front as necessary getting to know your business, identifying key stakeholders, interviewing managers, surveying employees, and talking with you to learn your specific training needs. Our mission is to understand your strategic business goals, learn your platform inside and out, identify any skill gaps, and gain a true understanding of what business objectives a training program will support.

Training & Curriculum Development

This is where our experience and expertise really shines in developing custom training programs specifically catered to your business needs. Our approach takes into consideration the learning style of your employees and customers and allows them to select from multiple options for training delivery. This might include, but is not limited to, educational videos, eLearning, short presentations, webinars, on-demand learning, games, or performance support tools.

Best practice is to offer a combination of delivery methods: In person, online in real-time, and self-paced eLearning.

Approval & Implementation

Any and all training programs we create will undergo a testing and approval phase prior to live deployment. During this phase, you and your staff will have the opportunity to test and review courses and provide feedback. Once we’ve incorporated your feedback and received sign off, we’ll establish a schedule for rolling out the training and set benchmarks for completion.

Putting everything together in a well-rounded Learning Management System (LMS) allows us to automate course roll out, assessment, and gathering of feedback. In order to increase learner engagement and motivation, we recommend incorporating gamification modalities in the LMS design such a points systems, badges, and leaderboards.


In our experience, it’s always best to include an evaluation component in any training program. Not only do we evaluate your employees and customers through testing and assessment, we also invite you and your staff to evaluate us.

After the initial launch of any new training program, it’s important to maintain the LMS platform and course content with regular updates. We offer a monthly maintenance plan that is customized to your needs and will schedule content updates at regular intervals throughout the year, or as often as needed.
